Shipping Locations
We ship to all areas within South Africa.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods
Parcels are shipped using either The Courier Guy or PUDO, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Costs
- A flat shipping fee of R120 applies to orders under R1499.
- Free shipping is offered for orders of R1500 and above.
LEGENDARY LOOT offers FREE delivery on orders over R1500. Orders over R1500 entitles the customer to 1x Free Delivery. This includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock and pre-order products in your order have arrived and are in stock.
If you request to receive part of your order early, an additional shipping fee of R120 will be charged.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. If your order contains pre-order items, all items will be shipped when the final items arrive unless multiple shipping intervals have been purchased at checkout, or prior arrangements have been made with us. We will notify you when items have been sent.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your parcel has been booked with the courier, delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 working days.
Order Tracking
We provide tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods caused by the courier company. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
