Refund policy
At Legendary Loot, we are dedicated to delivering the best shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that things don’t always go as expected. Please take a moment to review our refund policy to ensure a seamless process if you ever need to request a refund.
No Refunds on Trading Card Games, Booster Packs, or Opened Items:
- Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCGs), booster packs, and the integrity of sealed products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any TCG products, including but not limited to Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece.
- Opened items cannot be returned for a refund. Once the original packaging has been breached, the item is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.
Damage Shipment:
- As we use third party courier services, Legendary Loot can not be held liable for any damages caused by the courier company during the shipping and delivery process. All items are pack with care at our facility to assist in avoiding such issues, but are not always 100% effective.
General Refund Policy:
- For all other items, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged or all returns.
Exceptions:
- Defective items or incorrect items received may be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim.
Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Refund Time Frame:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
