I have just placed my order, when can I expect delivery?
Our processing times on all orders placed for in stock items are between 2 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday).
Please Note: All Preorder items that are ordered, will only be processed once we have received the stock.
What is your shipping radius?
We ship nationally across South Africa using a trusted courier service.
How much does it cost to have my order delivered to me?
We charge a flat shipping fee of R120 for any orders under the value of R999.
Shipping is FREE for all orders of R1500 or more!
Do you offer in store collection?
Yes we do! Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive communications from us stating that your order is ready for collection.
Please note: Collection times are between 10:00 - 15:00 Monday - Thursday, unless arranged accordingly.
